What is the complete process from placing orders to delivery?
- Send us your complete order details along with your nearest port of delivery and we will send you the complete quotation.
- Send us the agreed advance payment and confirm this by sending the bank transfer proof.
- After confirmation from our bank we will start the production of your order.
- The normal production time for an order of a 20 Ft container will be completed in 25-30 working days depending on your order details.
- The updated invoice will be sent after the container loading.
- The transition time (shipping time) will depend on your port of delivery.
- Remaining payment will be against the copy of bill of lading.
- Please note that we will only provide the original documents after receiving the agreed remaining payment.
Is there any minimum order quantity for placing orders with BinAuf Industries ?
- The minimum order quantity is 2 Pallets that is almost 1.5 tons in weight.
- Please note for LCL shipments you will also pay the pallet and special packaging charges.
- Pallets and special packaging assures the safety of products during shipping.
What assures your quality ?

Do you send samples?
Yes , BinAuf Industries love to send the samples to their customers so that they can check the quality and services before placing the final order.
Please note that the samples are free but you will pay the freight charges for samples. Normally we send the samples by DHL or FedEx.
Do you have any policy for the products that get damaged during shipping?
In That Case Send Us An Email With All The Details About Damage.All the damaged products will be replaced in the next order you place.
How the lamps are packaged?
All the lamps are first shrink wrapped and then packed in individual box , number of individual boxes are then packed in the master carton. This keeps the lamps safe during shipping.

We also provide customized packaging with logo and leaflets for branding.
Do you provide door delivery?
